A little about me

I’m Colleen


I was born and raised in Brooks, Alberta. A passion for sports and an interest in photography has brought me to start trying to capture those big highlight moments.

My relationship with the art


My Dad was a photographer and the joy he found in the images he captured inspired me to pick up his camera and try to follow his passion. Trying to keep his memory alive in the moments captured is driving me to expand my abilities and to find my own artistic take on sport photography.

Action Photography


A well timed photo can capture the exact moment the momentum of a game changes. A single image can show you the elation, the frustration, and effort that makes sports so exciting. Either on the field of play, or behind the scenes, success is made in the little moments and it is my passion to capture those moments.
